We make booking as smooth and collaborative as possible. Simply fill out the form above and we’ll get in touch! To secure your date, we collect a 20% non-refundable deposit and provide a contract for your review and signature. As your event approaches, we’ll work closely with you to craft a setlist and finalize all details. The remaining balance is due the week of your event.
We understand that life happens. While the 20% deposit is non-refundable, if you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll happily roll your deposit over to a future date at no extra cost. Our contract includes a flexible rescheduling clause to keep things stress-free.
Absolutely. Whether you're planning a wedding, corporate gathering, private party, or community celebration, we’ll customize your package to suit your unique event and timeline. You can book us for a specific portion of your event—like a cocktail hour or featured set—or for the entire day’s festivities. We require a 1-hour booking minimum for all events.
Yes! With just a few important considerations. Our instruments are sensitive to extreme temperatures, so we can’t perform if it’s below 60°F or in direct rain. In hot weather, we’ll need shade, whether from a tree, umbrella, or tent. We’re happy to work with your planner to ensure an ideal setup.
Yes! Our musicians have a wide range of experience with many genres. Whether you're looking for timeless classics, modern hits, or something unique, we can help craft a musical ambiance that feels right for your event.
Of course! You’re welcome to request specific songs, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them—whether it’s a classical favorite, a pop hit, or a special tune with personal meaning. If a song isn’t already in our repertoire, we’re happy to learn it for your event with advance notice.
We typically play acoustically, which works beautifully for most intimate events, but can bring our own sound system if requested. For larger gatherings, we are also happy to work with your DJ or venue to arrange amplification.
You’re in good hands. Our roster includes a trusted network of professional musicians. If someone from our core group is unavailable, we’ll seamlessly bring in a qualified substitute who meets the same high standard of artistry and professionalism.
If the vibe is right and you’d like us to keep playing, we’re happy to extend our set when possible! Just check in with us during your event, and if our schedule allows, we’ll gladly accommodate the extra time. Additional hours will be billed at our standard rate and can be settled after the event.
